Reporting into Plant Manager and Assistant Production Manager, we are searching for a team member to join us as Production Operator (Operator Pengeluar).

As the Production Operator, you run batching, mixing and filling to make jointing compounds safely, to specification and on time, maintaining a hygienic workplace, batch traceability and accurate records. You follow SOPs and 5S, manage start‑ups, changeovers and wash‑downs, control dosing and mixing, perform in‑process checks and isolate non‑conformities, prevent contamination, carry out basic cleaning, inspection and lubrication, minimise waste and energy, and work with maintenance, quality and logistics to improve OEE, yield and right‑first‑time to Knauf standards

What you will be doing / Apa yang akan anda lakukan

As a Production Operator, your key daily duties will be / Sebagai seorang Operator Pengeluaran, tugas harian utama anda ialah:

• Ensure quality product is produced on time to meet the production schedule/ Memastikan produk berkualiti dihasilkan tepat pada masanya bagi memenuhi jadual pengeluaran.

• Responsible for the setting/adjusting/operating of the production line during setup and running/ Bertanggungjawab terhadap penetapan/pelarasan/pengoperasian talian pengeluaran semasa persediaan dan ketika operasi

• Informing superior of any deviations found in production process and quality, machine shutdowns, material defects, urgent repairs, and critical unsafe conditions/ Memaklumkan kepada penyelia tentang sebarang penyimpangan dalam proses dan kualiti pengeluaran, penghentian mesin, kecacatan bahan, pembaikan segera, serta keadaan tidak selamat yang kritikal.

• Ensure safe working practices, health and safety, environmental, housekeeping (5S) and quality procedures are adhered to at all times at site/ Memastikan amalan kerja selamat, kesihatan dan keselamatan, alam sekitar, pengemasan (5S) dan prosedur kualiti dipatuhi pada setiap masa di Lokasi.

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time/ Melaksanakan tanggungjawab lain seperti yang diarahkan oleh penyelia atau pihak pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa.

What we would love for you to have

• Language: Able to communicate and written in Bahasa Melayu and English/ Boleh berkomunikasi dan menulis dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris.

• Certification: Minimum SPM qualification/ Sekurang-kurangnya kelulusan SPM.

• Fitness: Physically fit and able to stand for long hours/ Sihat fizikal dan mampu berdiri untuk jangka masa yang lama.

• Attitude: Willing to work overtime when required/ Sanggup bekerja lebih masa apabila perlu.

• Experience: No experience required – training provided/ Tiada pengalaman diperlukan — latihan disediakan
