Project Sales Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

Summary
The Project Sales Senior Executive/Assistant Manager will manage and responsible for the products & systems from the project design stage to sales closure. He/She needs to work closely with the Knauf Technical team and local regulatory bodies such as SGBC, SCDF, BCA and etc where necessary to ensure local compliance and acceptance.
Responsibilities
1. Identify, work on and track via One CRM, follow up projects right from main con awarded stage to sub con awarded stage, supplying Knauf products and systems into:
- Public transportation, Government projects, Hotels, Offices, Shopping Centers, Exhibition Centers, Airports, Residential, Education and Hospitals etc.
- Constantly identify new system opportunities and work closely with the Sales Director to develop strategies for new segment penetration.
- Priority to grow the high value Knauf products.
- Maintain market share of our plasterboard products.
2. Identify, build, and maintain wide strong networks within the main cons to provide high level technical support to the stakeholders.
3. Work with main contractors & sub-contractors to facilitate the supply and installation of our Knauf products into specified projects.
4. Ensure there is a regular and systematic approach to project tracking via SFDC regular updates and coordination with the project sales team.
5. Ensure project details and status, estimates, quotations & proposals etc. are all uploaded into SFDC projects.
6. Prepare Technical project proposals & presentations for submission to developers, architects, cost consultants, contractors based on the project specification criteria.
7. Adhere to the brand platform strategies & execute accordingly.
8. Collaborate closely with the technical and operation team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in design, deliveries, warranties, warehousing to support ongoing projects in a timely manner.
9. Achieve sales & collection targets; report monthly deliverables and make necessary action plans to bridge any gaps / issues as required.
10. Provide monthly market intelligence update on overall market conditions and competitors behavior.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience (for Senior Executive) or 5 years of working experience (for Assistant Manager) in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be a team player and highly motivated, good self-initiative.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and resilient in taking rejection.
- Strong in presentation skills.
- Project Management and good time management.
- Demonstrable working experience and active networks in promoting other architectural products in the interior design industry would be added advantage.
- Require to travel & work at site.
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office software suite.
- Proficiency in class 3 driving license with preferred personal vehicle
